Mobility Coach
Currently a mere two percent of all trainees opt for a stay abroad during their period of training. The Mobility Coach at the Chamber of Skilled Crafts in Braunschweig gives information and advice about relevant support programmes at national level for businesses, trainees and young skilled workers.
The Mobility Guidance Project is financed through resources of the European Social Fund (ESF) and the BMAS. The project aims to enhance the number of persons going abroad for an extended period of time. A stay abroad can bring about competitive advantages to both the trainees and the businesses sending a trainee abroad. The businesses are dependent on international markets and on skilled workers with not only technical and personal skills, but increasingly with foreign language competence and cross-cultural experience as well.
Everybody who is interested feel free to contact the Chamber of Skilled Crafts in Braunschweig for one-site support and guidance on mobility projects.
